Refund policy
At Coastal Motion, each item is made-to-order using a print-on-demand process. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless your item is faulty, damaged, or has a print quality issue.
We strongly encourage you to review our size charts carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit, as we are unable to make adjustments once an order is in production.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
- All items must be unused and in their original condition when reporting a defect.
Your satisfaction matters to us, and while our policy is limited due to the custom nature of our products, we’re committed to resolving any genuine issues promptly.
