All of our products are print-on-demand, which means each item is made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, availability may vary, and slight variations in color or print placement may occur.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment options provided by Shopify Payments or other processors.
  • By submitting payment, you authorize us (and our third-party payment providers) to process your payment.

5. Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs.
  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
  • Most orders within the United States arrive in 5–10 business days, though times may vary depending on the items ordered.
  • Coastal Motion is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made-to-order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or has a print error.
  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to report a problem.
  • If eligible, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.
  • Customers are responsible for choosing their size carefully before ordering. Please refer to the size chart on each product page.
